Autumn was born October 3rd, 2024 with several congenital heart defects. Since birth she has been fighting hard to keep her heart out of heart failure. She has had two hospital stays in the children’s hospital in Iowa City, is coming up on her second heart procedure, and is seen regularly by not only Peds Cardiology in Iowa City but many other specialist as well, due to her heart defects affecting multiple other parts of her body. Even though she is only 7 months old, she has been the strongest little heart warrior. She wakes up with a big grin every morning, and gives lots of big love with her little heart.

We are planning on walking in the Quad City area Heart walk on June 14th, in support of not only Autumn, but everyone who is affected by any kind of heart defect or disease. Please consider joining Autumn’s team for this walk. Her team name is, “Autumn’s Healing Heart.”
